Well here we are on a great summer day.  We met my friend Nancy and her family at Olive Garden for lunch and snuck in some photos.  I wanted to share a great recipe as well.

Zuchini cut into strips or rounds and place in oven safe dish, drizzle with olive oil and add a couple of pats of butter top with tomatoes and parmeson and bake until brown........yum!
