Baby it's cold outside! I'm not a cold loving person, it is great every once in awhile, but I love the sun and warmth. With all the ice outside we decided to stay at home for a day. It gave Mark and I a chance to spend the day with Mattie all by ourselves. Those days are rare and we cherish every bit of them. We loved it. We spread out a quilt on the floor and played for most of the morning. We had a great family day, and ended up working from home a bit. Snow days are always "a good thing" So crank up the fire, grab up a blanket, make some hot tea or cocoa and settle in.
