Yesterday, Mattie and I attended a shower in her honor. It was very nice and pretty. Paula Kidd put together quite a spread and had the most educational games. There were even door prizes! Mattie was given lots of pretty clothes, some toys, blankets, and most of all love from her adoring fans! It was a very special day and she was smiling to all the ladies who attended quite a bit.
Last night we were tired and a bit fussy-I mean a girl can only party so much. The formula is proving to be a little harsh on the tummy. It smells awful and is pretty sticky, I know I wouldn't want to drink it. It is a high calorie formula and contains Karo Syrup (Neo-Sure by Similac). She did drink a full bottle this morning, no gavage needed. WooHoo!

Wow! and Ahh! Such a big outing for such a little girl! We can hardly wait to meet Miss Mattie! We are praying for your new family! I finally got on my big computer which is dial-up! yuk!
