WE Held HER! First time last night, she is so beautiful. A true gift from above. When George Strait sings "I saw God today", I know it, I see him in her. She was so cute, made all sorts of little noises and looked at both Mark and I. It was such a "WOW" moment. Of course, I took a lot of pictures and want to share them. The first has to be of her and her new daddy. Mark held her for a long time and was quite overwhelmed at this blessing. He wanted a girl so much, and now he has one. She's already got him wrapped around her fingers. At one point she had one hand on Mark's chin and the other holding my finger tightly. We knew she was ours then.

The caregivers are amazing people, and have given her so much love for us. They are so knowledgeable about her and the needs she has, and they are without a doubt true angels watching over her.
