Hello, Glad you could drop in. Today is a great day, we received word that all of our adoption paperwork is complete! Whew, I'm glad to read that, we are getting closer to having a little one at our house soon. The journey is exciting, stressful, exhausting, wonderful, educational, and a little scary. Each day brings a new thought, sensation, and wonder. We added to our family a pet duck, named Paddles. She/he (we don't know yet) is so cute and sweet. We are both amazed at how emotionally dependent it is of both of us. Paddles spent the first night outdoors last night next to our rabbit Daisy. Daisy wasn't too thrilled that Paddles was there, the chirping disrupted her normal quiet. Paddles is stretching her legs every night with a walk up and down the driveway. Paddles feet sound as if they are sticking to the pavement. I believe it sounds like she/he is tap dancing.
